    From the center of Dinant, begin at the Collegiate Church of Notre Dame and head northeast on Rue de la Station towards the Meuse River. Upon reaching the river, turn left onto the riverside promenade (Quai des Eaux). Continue along the river for about 15 minutes until you see the Citadelle on your right. Follow the signs for the Citadelle, and take the stairs or the cable car to reach the top. The Gloster Meteor monument is a short walk from the Citadelle. Cable car round trip: €7.50, one way: €5.
