In the 19th century, the Château underwent significant transformations, including the addition of a second floor to increase its prestige.Today, Château D'Avin offers a range of reception rooms for hire, as well as a holiday home in its outbuildings. The Château's pleasant, adjoining rooms can accommodate up to 300 guests for a cocktail party and 140 for a sit-down meal. The outbuildings can accommodate 100 people for a cocktail party or private evening, and 60 people for a sit-down meal. The holiday home can accommodate 22 people.
