If you are starting from Genk Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Spoorweglaan. Turn left and continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Keizerslaan. Walk along Keizerslaan for about 1 kilometer, and you will notice signs for C-mine on your left. Continue straight until you reach C-mine 10, where the bezoekersonthaal is located.
