After a few minutes, you will come across a bus stop called 'Genk Tichelweg'. From here, you can catch Bus 16 towards 'Hasselt'. Get off at the stop 'Genk De Maten'. From the bus stop, walk along the path marked for 'De Maten'. The nature reserve is well-signposted and should be to your right.

Once you arrive at the bus stop, follow the signs for 'De Maten'. You will see a path leading you into the nature reserve, which is open for exploration.
