Public Transport
From the center of Genk, walk to the Genk train station (Station Genk). Once at the station, take a train towards the direction of Hasselt and get off at the 'Genk-Molenbeersel' stop. From there, you can take bus number 36 towards 'Lanklaar' and get off at 'Molenbeersel' stop. Walk north on the Molenbeersel road for about 10 minutes until you reach Mt. Winterslag.

If you prefer to walk from the center of Genk, head to the Avenue de la Gare and follow it until you reach the intersection with the 'Hasseltseweg'. Turn left onto Hasseltseweg and continue walking straight. After approximately 2.5 kilometers, turn right onto the 'Molenbeerselweg', continue for another 1 kilometer, and you will see Mt. Winterslag on your left side.
