From Genk, head to the Genk Train Station (Station Genk). Take a train towards Maastricht, which is a direct route. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Maastricht Station, exit the station and follow signs for the bus terminal. Look for Bus Line 4 or 6, which will take you towards Luikerweg. Get off at the 'Luikerweg' stop. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes south along Luikerweg, and you will reach Fort St. Pieter at Luikerweg 71a.

If you are close to the city center of Genk, you can walk to the Genk Train Station (Station Genk). Once there, follow the public transport instructions to take the train to Maastricht and then the bus as described above. The walking distance from the city center to the station is about 1 km, taking approximately 15-20 minutes.
