Walking
If you are starting from the city center of Ghent, head towards the main square, Gravensteen. From there, walk straight towards the Korenlei along the river. Enjoy the views as you cross the bridge. Once you reach the end of Korenlei, turn left onto the Sint-Michielslaan road. Continue straight until you reach the bus station at the Sint-Pietersstation. From there, take a train to Bruges. It’s about a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive in Bruges, follow the signs to the city center. You’ll walk towards the Markt, a large square surrounded by historic buildings. From the Markt, it’s just a short walk to Eiermarkt, which is nearby.
Public Transport
From Ghent's city center, walk to the nearest tram stop, 'Korenmarkt'. Take tram line 1 towards 'Brugge'. The tram ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Bruges, get off at the 'Brugge Markt' stop. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to Eiermarkt. Head south on Markt towards the Breidelstraat, then turn left on Breidelstraat and continue straight until you reach Eiermarkt.
