Walking
If you are in the center of Ghent, make your way to the tram station 'Korenmarkt'. From there, take tram number 1 towards 'Brugge' and get off at 'Brugge Station'. Once you arrive at Brugge Station, exit the station and follow the signs toward 'Markt'. It's a 15-minute walk. Head straight down 'Stationsstraat', cross 'Kon. Astridlaan' and continue onto 'Lange Rei'. Then, turn left onto 'Sint-Jansstraat', which leads directly to Markt.
Bus
From the Ghent city center, head to the bus station 'Gent Dampoort'. Take bus number 10 towards 'Brugge'. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Brugge bus station, it’s a short walk to Markt. Exit the bus station, turn right, and walk along 'Katelijnestraat', which will lead you straight to Markt.
Train
To reach Markt from Ghent by train, go to the Ghent St. Peter's station. Take a train to 'Brugge', which runs frequently. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Brugge train station, follow the signs to exit the station and walk towards 'Markt'. It's approximately a 15-minute walk from the station. Follow 'Stationsstraat', turn left onto 'Lange Rei', and then turn left onto 'Sint-Jansstraat' leading directly to Markt.
