From the center of Knokke-Heist, start at the Knokke Train Station (Station Knokke). Exit the station and head south on Lippenslaan towards Zeedijk. Continue straight until you reach the beach. Walk along the beach promenade south until you reach the end of Knokke-Heist, which is around 4 km. Once you reach the boundary between Knokke-Heist and the neighboring municipality, you will be on the way to Schouwen Noordstrand.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Knokke-Heist. Start at the Knokke Train Station and head south on Lippenslaan. Follow the path towards the beach and then take the cycling path along the coast. This route will take you through beautiful scenery and flat terrain. Continue on the cycling path until you reach the outskirts of Burgh-Haamstede, which is where Schouwen Noordstrand is located. The total distance is approximately 8 km and should take about 30-40 minutes by bike.
