From Leuven, walk to the bus station located at Diestsepoort, which is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. Take bus number 154 towards Halle. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Hogebermweg' stop. From there, follow the signs leading into Hallerbos, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.

Head to the Leuven train station, which is a 10-minute walk from the city center. Take a train towards Brussels and transfer at the 'Brussels Midi' station. From 'Brussels Midi', take a train to 'Halle'. Once you arrive at Halle station, exit and catch bus number 154 towards 'Hogebermweg'. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Hogebermweg' stop and walk a short distance to enter Hallerbos.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike rental shops in Leuven. Head towards the 'Mechelsestraat' and follow the signs for the R0 ring road.
