Walking
Start at the Leuven train station (Leuven Station). Exit the station and head south on Diestsevest. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Naamsestraat. Turn left onto Naamsestraat and follow it for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and cafes. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Geldenaaksebaan. Keep walking straight until you reach the next roundabout, then take the first exit onto Heverlee. Continue on this road until you see the sign for Heverleebos on your right. Follow the path into the forest.

From the central square (Grote Markt) in Leuven, head to the nearest bus stop at 'Leuven, Busstation.' Take bus line 3 towards 'Oud-Heverlee.' The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Heverlee, Heverleebos' stop. From there, follow the signs to enter the Heverleebos area.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental services in Leuven. Start from the city center and head towards the 'Naamsestraat.' Follow Naamsestraat for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Geldenaaksebaan and continue straight. Watch for the bike lanes along the road.
