If you are in the city center (for example, near the Old Market Square), head east towards the Naamsestraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Mgr. Ladeuzeplein. From there, turn left and walk towards the UZ Leuven. Stay on the main path, and you will eventually reach the Professor Roger Van Overstraetenplein. The Stadskantoor Leuven is located at Professor Roger Van Overstraetenplein 1, right at the entrance of the square.

From Leuven Central Station, take bus line 1 or 2 towards 'Kessel-Lo'. Get off at the stop 'Heilige Geeststraat'. From the bus stop, walk north on the Heilige Geeststraat, then turn right onto the Naamsestraat. Continue straight until you reach Professor Roger Van Overstraetenplein. The Stadskantoor Leuven will be on your left.

If you have a bike, you can ride from the city center by heading east on the Naamsestraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Mgr. Ladeuzeplein, where you will turn left. Ride along the path towards UZ Leuven, and soon you will arrive at Professor Roger Van Overstraetenplein. The Stadskantoor Leuven is located at the edge of the square.
