Train
From the Liege-Guillemins train station, take a train to Aachen. Trains run frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive at Aachen Hauptbahnhof (the main train station), exit the station and head towards the bus stop located right outside the train station.
Bus
At the bus stop outside Aachen Hauptbahnhof, take bus number 1 or 11 towards 'Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz'. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz' stop, which is directly adjacent to the Archaeological Window.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from Aachen Hauptbahnhof, exit the station and walk straight down the 'Bismarckstraße'. Continue straight until you reach the 'Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz'. The walk will take about 20 minutes. Keep an eye out for local signs pointing towards the Archaeological attractions.
