Continue straight onto Rue de la Régence, which will eventually lead you to Rue Bonne Fortune. Trésor de Liège is located at number 6 on Rue Bonne Fortune, which will be on your left. The walk takes about 25-30 minutes.

From the Liège-Guillemins train station, take bus number 1 towards 'Sart Tilman' or bus number 4 towards 'Ougrée'. Get off at the 'Palais des Congrès' stop. From there, walk east along Rue des Prémontrés until you reach Rue Bonne Fortune. Turn left onto Rue Bonne Fortune, and Trésor de Liège will be at number 6 on your right. The total journey takes around 20-25 minutes, including transfer time.
