From Guillemins train station, you can take a bus from the nearby bus stop. Look for bus line 1 or 3 heading towards the city center. After about 5-10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Fusch' which is closest to the Botanical Garden. Once you exit the bus, walk a short distance along Rue Fusch, and you will find the Botanical Garden at number 3.
