Public Transport (Bus)
Start at the Liège-Guillemins train station. From there, take Bus 5 towards 'Liège - Grivegnée'. The bus stop is located just outside the main entrance of the station. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Fort de la Chartreuse' stop. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes southwest along Rue Achille Lebeau to reach the entrance of Fort de la Chartreuse.
Walking
If you are near the city center, you can walk to Fort de la Chartreuse. Start at Place Saint-Lambert and head southeast on Rue de la Cathédrale. Continue onto Rue de la Regence until you reach Boulevard de la Sauvenière. Turn left onto Boulevard de la Sauvenière and then right onto Rue Achille Lebeau. Follow this road for about 2.5 km (approximately 30 minutes). The fort will be on your left.
Public Transport (Tram)
From the Liège city center, take Tram 1 from 'Liège, Palais' towards 'Sclessin'. Travel for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Sclessin'. Transfer to Bus 5 at 'Sclessin' and take it for approximately 8 minutes until you reach 'Fort de la Chartreuse'. From the bus stop, walk 5 minutes southwest along Rue Achille Lebeau to the fort.
