From Outremeuse, you can take Bus 1 from the nearest bus stop, which is 'Outremeuse - Saint-Léonard'. Board the bus heading towards 'Sart-Tilman' and disembark at 'Gare des Guillemins'. From there, transfer to Bus 4 towards 'Sart-Tilman' and get off at 'Place Saint-Lambert'. The Palace of the Prince-Bishops is just a short walk away at Pl. Saint-Lambert 18a, 4000 Liège.
