From the heart of Outremeuse, head towards the river bank along the Boulevard de la Constitution. Walk along the river for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the Pont de Fragnée. Cross the bridge to the opposite bank. Once you are across, continue straight on Rue de la Cathédrale, which will lead you directly towards St. Paul's Cathedral, located at Place de la Cathédrale, 4000 Liège.

From Outremeuse, you can take bus line 1 or 3 from the nearest bus stop, 'Pavillon'. Board the bus heading towards 'Liège Guillemins'. After about 5 minutes, get off at the stop 'Café de la Cathédrale'. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk: head straight towards Place de la Cathédrale, where St. Paul's Cathedral is located. A single bus ticket costs approximately €2.50.

If you are near the tram stop 'Outremeuse', take tram line 1 towards 'Sart-Tilman'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Palais des Congrès'. From there, walk along Avenue de la Libération and turn left onto Rue de la Cathédrale. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach St. Paul's Cathedral at Place de la Cathédrale. A tram ticket also costs about €2.50.
