You will need to purchase a ticket from a ticket machine or a nearby kiosk (cost: approximately €2.50). Ride the bus for 5 stops and get off at the 'Place Saint-Lambert' stop. From there, head east down Rue Saint-Georges for about 200 meters, and L'îlot Saint-Georges will be on your left.
