Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Pays de Herve. Take the N3 road towards Liège. Continue on N3 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Liège. Then, follow signs for 'Liège Centre' and merge onto the Rue du Jardin Botanique. As you enter Liège, keep right at the fork to stay on Rue du Jardin Botanique. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenue de la Libération. Turn left onto Avenue de la Libération and follow it until you come to Place Saint-Lambert. From there, follow the signs for 'La Batte.' The market is located along the Meuse River at La Batte, 4000 Liège. Look for parking along the river or in nearby parking lots.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, start by finding your nearest bus or train station in Pays de Herve. Take a train from the nearest station to Liège-Guillemins station. The train journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Liège-Guillemins, exit the train station and look for the bus stop outside the station. Take bus number 1 or 4 towards 'Liège Centre.' Get off at the stop 'Batte' or 'Pont de Fragnée.' From there, it is a short walk to La Batte market along the Meuse River. Follow signs pointing towards the riverfront, and you will find the market at La Batte, 4000 Liège.
