Walking
If you are starting from the Louvain-la-Neuve train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Rue de la Station). Turn left onto Rue de la Station and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Hulpe. Turn right onto Rue de la Hulpe. Follow this road as it curves and continues into the heart of Louvain-la-Neuve. As you walk, you will see signs pointing towards 'Grand-Place'. Keep an eye out for the large buildings of the Université catholique de Louvain on your left. Once you reach the central square, Grand-Place will be in front of you.

From Place de l'Université, head southwest towards Rue de la Houssière. Turn left on Rue de la Houssière and continue straight. You will pass several shops and cafés. The street will lead you directly to Grand-Place. As you approach the square, you will notice the beautiful architecture and bustling atmosphere of the area.

If you are anywhere in Louvain-la-Neuve, locate the nearest bus stop (check signs for 'TEC' buses). Take bus line 1 or 2 towards Ottignies. After a short ride, you will get off at the 'Grand-Place' bus stop. From there, you will see the square directly in front of you. This option is great if you are further away or want a quick ride.
