Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards the center of Luxembourg City. You can use the address 'Rue Notre Dame, 2240 Ville-Haute, Luxembourg' for navigation. There is limited parking available near the cathedral. Look for public parking facilities such as 'Parking Glacis' or 'Parking Place d'Armes'. Expect to pay around €2 per hour for parking. Once parked, it's about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  For those using public transportation, catch a bus from any major station towards the city center. The nearest bus stops to Cathédrale Notre-Dame are 'Boulevard F. D. Roosevelt' or 'Place de la Constitution'. Depending on your starting point, you may need to transfer buses. The fare is approximately €2 per trip, and tickets can be purchased on the bus or at ticket machines. Once you arrive at the bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the cathedral.

• Public Transportation - Tram

  You can also take the tram to reach the city center. Board a tram heading to 'Luxembourg, Central Station' and alight at 'Luxembourg, Hamilius'. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Cathédrale Notre-Dame. The tram fare is the same as the bus, around €2 per trip.

• Walking

  If you are already in the city and prefer to walk, simply navigate towards 'Rue Notre Dame', which is located in the Ville Haute district. The cathedral is a prominent landmark, and you can easily find directional signs leading you to it. Walking from the central area should take about 15-20 minutes.
