If you're in the center of Mons, start at the Grand Place. Head north towards Rue des Fripiers, and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de Nimy. Turn left onto Rue de Nimy and walk for about 600 meters. You'll reach a roundabout; take the second exit onto Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Continue on this road which will turn slightly to the right and become N90. Waux-Hall Park will be on your right after approximately 1 kilometer.
