Walking
If you are in the city center of Mons, start at the Grand Place, a central square bustling with cafes and shops. From there, head southeast towards Rue de Nimy. Walk along Rue de Nimy for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard Sainctelette. Continue straight, and you will notice the statue is located at the end of the boulevard. The Statue de Léopold II will be on your right. It’s a prominent historical landmark, so you cannot miss it.
Public Transport
From the Mons train station, you can take Bus 3 towards Cuesmes. Get off at the stop 'Parc de la Dodaine'. From the bus stop, walk towards the park entrance, then continue straight until you reach Boulevard Sainctelette. Turn left and walk along the boulevard. The Statue de Léopold II will be ahead on your right, just a short walk from the park.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start from the city center, and head towards Avenue du Paradis. Follow this avenue until you reach Boulevard Sainctelette. Turn right on Boulevard Sainctelette and continue riding straight. The Statue de Léopold II will be visible ahead on the right side of the boulevard, making it a straightforward route.
