Bus
From Namur city center, head to the main bus station (Gare des Transports en Commun). Take bus line 3 or 5 towards 'Saint-Marc'. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Fort d'Emines' stop. From there, walk along Rue du Fort d'Emines for about 10 minutes until you reach the fort.
Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Namur. Head towards the Meuse River and follow the cycle path along the riverbank towards the north. Continue on the path until you reach Avenue de la Plante. Take the left turn onto Rue du Fort d'Emines, and follow it for about 15 minutes until you arrive at Fort d'Emines.
Walking
Starting from the Namur Citadel, walk down to Rue de la Station and head northwest towards Place d'Armes. Continue straight onto Rue du Palais then turn left onto Rue de Bruxelles. Follow this road until it becomes Rue du Fort d'Emines. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
