Walking
If you are in the city center of Namur, head towards the Place d'Armes. From there, go southeast along Rue de Fer until you reach Rue du Théâtre. Turn left onto Rue du Théâtre, and you will find the Théâtre Royal located at Pl. du Théâtre 2. It should take about 10 minutes to walk from Place d'Armes.
Public Transport
If you are near the Namur train station, take bus number 1 or 2 towards 'Jambes'. Get off at the 'Théâtre' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance towards Rue du Théâtre, and you will arrive at the Théâtre Royal at Pl. du Théâtre 2. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes, plus a short walk.
