    From Ostend city center, head to the bus stop at Oosteroever. Take the bus number 1 towards Bruges. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the 'Brugge Markt' stop. Once you get off, walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Markt 7, where the Belfort is located.

    Walk to Ostend train station, which is about 10 minutes from the city center. Purchase a ticket to Bruges (Brugge) and board a train heading to Bruges. The journey takes around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Bruges train station, exit the station and walk for about 15 minutes towards the city center. Follow signs for 'Markt' and you will reach Markt 7, where the Belfort is located.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Ostend. Follow the coastal bike path towards Bruges. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you reach Bruges, follow the signs to the city center. When you arrive at Markt, park your bike and walk to Markt 7, where the Belfort is located.

    If you are up for a long walk, you can walk from Ostend to Bruges. It will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Start at the beach and follow the coastal path towards Bruges. Keep walking straight until you reach the center of Bruges. Once you arrive at Markt, head to Markt 7 to find the Belfort.
