Walking
If you are starting from the Ostend train station, exit the station and head southeast on Koningin Astridlaan towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the beach promenade. From there, turn left (east) and walk along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Kapellestraat. Turn right onto Kapellestraat and continue walking straight until you see the Monument of Leopold II on your left, located in the nearby park.

If you are near the center of Ostend, you can catch a tram from the 'Oosteroever' stop. Board the tram heading towards 'Westeroever' and get off at the 'Zeeheldenplein' stop. From there, walk straight towards the park, and you will find the Monument of Leopold II located within the park area to your right.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Start from the city center and head towards the beach. Follow the beach promenade east until you reach the intersection with Kapellestraat, then turn right. The Monument of Leopold II will be on your left after a short ride through the park.
