Walking
If you are in the city center of Ostend, start at the Oosteroever (East Bank) and head towards the beach. Walk along the beach promenade (Zeilstraat) heading west. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the intersection with the Albert I-promenade. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Louisastraat. Turn left onto Louisastraat, and after a short walk, you will find the Monument of Leopold II on your right at the end of the street.

Public Transport
From the Ostend train station (Station Oostende), take tram number 1 (direction: Oosteroever). This tram will take you along the coast. Get off at the 'Oosteroever' stop. From there, walk straight towards the beach promenade (Zeilstraat) and then follow the beach westward for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Albert I-promenade. Turn left and follow the promenade until you reach Louisastraat, where you will turn left again. The Monument of Leopold II will be located at the end of the street on your right.
