Walking
From the center of Spa, head towards the Spa Train Station (Gare de Spa). Once you reach the station, exit onto Avenue Reine Astrid. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rue de la Sauvenière. Continue on this street until you reach a fork; take the left path onto Rue des Combattants. Follow this road as it leads to the outskirts of Spa. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will come to a bus stop at the edge of Spa. Here, you can catch a bus heading towards Valkenburg.

At the bus stop, take the local bus that goes to Valkenburg. You can check the bus schedule at the stop or ask the locals for the next available bus. The ride to Valkenburg should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Valkenburg, get off at the stop closest to Bogaardlaan. From the bus stop, walk straight along Bogaardlaan until you reach the address 1a. De Geulpoort will be on your left.

Train and Walking
Alternatively, you can take a train from Spa to Valkenburg. Head back to the Spa Train Station (Gare de Spa) and buy a ticket to Valkenburg. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Valkenburg station, exit and head towards the main road, walking straight onto Bogaardlaan. Continue walking until you reach Bogaardlaan 1a, where you will find De Geulpoort.
