Getting There

  • Bus

    From the central bus station in Liège (Gare des Guillemins), take bus line 70 towards Maastricht. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, until you reach the Maastricht bus station. Once you arrive at the bus station, it's a short walk to the Maastricht Town Hall. Exit the bus station and head towards the city center by walking straight ahead for about 10 minutes until you reach the Markt square.

    From Liège-Guillemins train station, take a direct train to Maastricht. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Maastricht station, exit the station and turn left. Walk straight along the Stationsstraat, then take a right onto the Wycker Brugstraat. Continue straight until you reach the Markt square where the Maastricht Town Hall is located.

  • Walking

    If you are close to the city center of Liège, you can walk to the train station (Liège-Guillemins) which is about a 20-minute walk from the center. Once there, board a train to Maastricht, which takes about 30 minutes. After arriving at Maastricht station, follow the directions above for the train option to reach the Town Hall.
