Getting There

Walking
From the center of Spa, head east on Rue de la Sauvenière towards Avenue des Combattants. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Combattants. Turn left onto Avenue des Combattants and walk for another 300 meters. You will see a small park on your right. Continue straight until you reach the railway station (Gare de Spa). From the railway station, you can take a train to Valkenburg. Make sure to check the train schedule for the next available train. Once you arrive at Valkenburg station, exit the station and walk towards the town center. Follow the signs for Kerkstraat, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station. You will arrive at Kerkstraat 31, where the Old Hickory brug is located.

Begin your journey from the center of Spa. Walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue du Parc. Take Bus 394 towards Valkenburg and stay on the bus for about 30 minutes.
