Car
From Valkenburg, head southwest on the N590 road towards the A79 motorway. Merge onto the A79 and continue for about 8 kilometers. Take exit 2 towards Ans/Chênée and merge onto the N3. Continue on the N3 for approximately 4 kilometers, then take the exit towards Rue des Héros. Follow Rue des Héros until you reach Fort de Loncin at Rue des Héros 15 BIS, 4431 Ans. Parking is available near the site.

From Valkenburg, walk to the Valkenburg train station. Take a train to Liège-Guillemins station. Once at Liège-Guillemins, transfer to bus line 5 towards Ans. Alight at the 'Héros' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Fort de Loncin, located at Rue des Héros 15 BIS, 4431 Ans. Ensure to check the current bus timetable for accurate departure times. Note that a train ticket from Valkenburg to Liège costs approximately €5-€10, and the bus fare is around €2.
