Car
From Valkenburg, head northwest on Houthemmerweg toward Rijksweg/N590. Continue to follow N590 for about 6 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto N281 toward Vaals. After approximately 3 kilometers, take the exit toward Vaals and merge onto Rte des Trois Bornes. Continue on this road for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at The Three Country Point, located at Rte des Trois Bornes, 4851 Vaals. Parking is available on-site, but may incur a fee.

Public Transportation
From Valkenburg, walk to the Valkenburg train station (about a 10-minute walk from the town center). Take the train to Heerlen, which typically takes around 10-15 minutes. At Heerlen, transfer to a train towards Nijmegen and get off at the Vaals station (about another 15 minutes). From Vaals train station, you can either walk or take a local bus (bus line 1) towards The Three Country Point. The walk is approximately 30 minutes along Rte des Trois Bornes or the bus will take you directly to the attraction. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for any costs involved.

For cyclists, you can rent a bike in Valkenburg and follow the cycling paths. Start by heading along the Houthemmerweg, then take the N590 toward Vaals. The route is approximately 9 kilometers and should take around 30-40 minutes by bike. There are bike racks available at The Three Country Point for secure parking.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk from Valkenburg to The Three Country Point. The distance is roughly 9 kilometers and can take about 2 hours. Start your journey heading northwest on Houthemmerweg, then follow the signs towards Vaals. The scenic route along Rte des Trois Bornes is a pleasant walk. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as there may not be many places to stop along the way.
