Car
If you are driving, head towards Wavre. Use the E411 motorway and take the exit 26 towards Wavre. Continue on the N25 through Wavre until you reach Boulevard de l'Europe. Pulsar is located at 1300 Boulevard de l'Europe. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking may incur a fee depending on the area.
Public Transportation
To reach Pulsar by public transportation, take a train to Wavre station. From the station, you can catch a local bus (Bus Line 5) that goes towards Boulevard de l'Europe. Pulsar will be on your left at 1300 Boulevard de l'Europe.
