Walking
Start from the Ypres Cloth Hall (In Flanders Fields Museum). Head southeast on Meenseweg for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the Rijselsestraat. Turn left onto Rijselsestraat and walk for approximately 300 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Begijnenbosstraat. Continue on Begijnenbosstraat for about 700 meters. The Frezenberg Memorial LDY will be on your left at Begijnenbosstraat 2-4.

From the Ypres Market Square, take bus line 4 towards 'Zillebeke'. The bus stop is located near the Cloth Hall. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Zillebeke' stop. From there, walk north on the Zillebekestraat for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the Begijnenbosstraat. Turn left onto Begijnenbosstraat, and the Frezenberg Memorial LDY will be a short walk ahead on your right at Begijnenbosstraat 2-4.
