Getting There

Car
From Caracol, head south on the road leading towards San Ignacio. Continue for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction at the entrance of San Ignacio. Turn left onto the Western Highway (also known as the George Price Highway) and drive for about 7 miles. Look for signs pointing to Mollejon Road, and turn right. Follow Mollejon Road for approximately 3 miles until you reach Black Rock Lodge, which will be on your left.

Public Transportation
From Caracol, catch a local bus or shuttle that heads towards San Ignacio. The fare is usually around BZD 10-15. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the junction of the Western Highway. Once you arrive, you can either wait for another bus heading towards Mollejon Road or take a taxi, which may cost around BZD 20-30. If taking a taxi, negotiate the fare before getting in. The taxi will take you directly to Black Rock Lodge on Mollejon Road.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Caracol. Make sure to agree on a price beforehand, which should be around BZD 50-70 for the trip to Black Rock Lodge. The driver will take you directly along the same route as described for driving. This option is more convenient if you have luggage or prefer not to deal with public transport.
