    Car

    Starting from Corozal Town, head south on the Philip Goldson Highway (Hwy 80) towards Belize City. After approximately 35 miles, you will reach the town of Orange Walk. Continue on the highway for another 12 miles until you reach the junction near the village of Sarteneja. Turn left onto the road to Sarteneja. After about 8 miles, you will reach Sarteneja Village. From Sarteneja, you will need to take a boat to Cayo Espanto. Look for local boat operators at the dock and negotiate a fare, which typically ranges from $50 to $100 USD, depending on the size of the boat and number of passengers.

    Public Transportation

    From Corozal Town, take a bus south towards Belize City. Buses leave frequently from the main bus terminal. The fare is usually around $5 USD. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the junction for Sarteneja. Once at the junction, you can either wait for a local bus to Sarteneja or take a taxi for about $10 USD. After arriving in Sarteneja Village, hire a local boat to Cayo Espanto. The boat ride will cost approximately $50 to $100 USD.
