Car
If you're driving from the center of Orange Walk Town, head towards the Philip Goldson Highway (also known as the Northern Highway) and take the highway heading south. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the junction for the Blue Creek Road. Turn right onto the Blue Creek Road and follow it for approximately 6 miles. The road will take you through the village until you reach Blue Creek Dam, which is well marked.
Public Transportation
To reach Blue Creek Dam via public transportation, you can take a bus or a taxi from Orange Walk Town to the village of Blue Creek. Buses typically leave from the main bus terminal in the town and the fare is usually around BZD $5 to $10 (approximately USD $2.50 to $5). Inform the driver that you want to get off at Blue Creek. Once in the village, you can either walk towards the dam (about 1 mile) or hire a local taxi to take you there for a small fee. Be sure to check the bus schedule, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
