Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from any location in Orange Walk District, head south on the Philip Goldson Highway (Highway 1). Continue on the highway for about 30 minutes until you reach the turn-off for Bermudian Landing. Look for signs indicating Bermudian Landing and turn left onto the road leading into the village. Follow this road for approximately 10 minutes, and you will reach River Side, where Howler Monkey Resort & Nature Park is located. There is no entrance fee to access the resort, but make sure to check for any activity costs if you plan to participate in tours or rentals.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  To reach Howler Monkey Resort & Nature Park via public transportation, you can take a bus from Orange Walk Town to Belize City. From the bus terminal in Orange Walk, board a bus heading to Belize City. The fare is generally around BZ$5. Once you arrive in Belize City, transfer to a bus heading towards the Belmopan area and request to be dropped off at the junction for Bermudian Landing. From there, you can either walk about 2 miles to the resort or hire a local taxi, which may cost approximately BZ$15.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct option, you can hire a taxi from any location in Orange Walk District. Simply ask the driver to take you to Howler Monkey Resort & Nature Park in Bermudian Landing. The cost for this ride will vary depending on your departure point but should be around BZ$50 to BZ$70 for a one-way trip. It’s recommended to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
