    If you are driving from central Orange Walk Town, head west on Belize Corozal Road (also known as the Philip Goldson Highway) for about 10 kilometers. After you pass the junction for the village of San Estevan, continue straight until you reach the turn-off for Long Swamp. Look for a small unmarked road heading north off the main highway. Drive along this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the wetland area of Long Swamp. Note that the road may be unpaved and bumpy, so proceed with caution.
