Bicycle
From the center of Placencia village, head south along the main road. Continue riding for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction where the road splits. Take the left fork which leads to Maya Centre and follow it for another 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Che’il Mayan Chocolate on your right along Jaguar Reserve Road. The chocolate factory is located a short distance down this road.

Walking
Start at the Placencia pier and walk south along the main road. Continue until you reach the intersection that leads towards Maya Centre. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will eventually see a sign for Che’il Mayan Chocolate on your right. The entrance to the chocolate factory is located further down Jaguar Reserve Road.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local shuttle from Placencia village. Look for shuttles heading towards Maya Centre; they typically leave from the main square. Inform the driver that you want to go to Che’il Mayan Chocolate. The shuttle will drop you off at the closest point on Jaguar Reserve Road, from where you can walk a short distance to the factory.
