From the center of San Pedro, head south on Barrier Reef Drive, which is the main road running along the coast. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the airport. Just after the airport road, you will see a sign for the Iguana Reserve on your left. Follow the path indicated by the sign, which will lead you directly to the reserve.
