    From San Pedro Town, head to the main dock where water taxis operate. Purchase a ticket for a water taxi heading north towards Mata Chica Resort. The trip typically takes about 30 minutes. Inform the captain or crew that you would like to get off at Mata Chica Canyons, and they will drop you off at the nearest point. Once you arrive, walk towards the entrance of the canyons, which is located just off the beach.

    After arriving in San Pedro, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head north along the main road, which is generally well-marked. Continue pedaling for about 6 miles (10 km) until you reach the Mata Chica Resort. The entrance to Mata Chica Canyons is adjacent to the resort, just follow the signs or ask locals for directions if needed.

    In San Pedro, rent a golf cart from one of the local rental companies. Drive north along the main road, following the signs toward Mata Chica Resort.
