Getting There

• Golf Cart

  From anywhere in San Pedro, rent a golf cart from one of the many rental shops in town. Drive north along the main road (Barrier Reef Drive). Continue past the town center until you see the signs directing you towards Secret Beach. Follow the signs and turn onto the road that leads west (the road will become a dirt road). Keep driving for about 3 miles until you reach the beach area. Look for parking spaces near the beach entrance.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer a bicycle, you can rent one from local shops in San Pedro. Head north on Barrier Reef Drive, following the same direction as if you were in a golf cart. The ride is approximately 3 miles and will take around 20-30 minutes. Stay on the main road until you reach the signs for Secret Beach, then turn onto the dirt road that leads to the beach.

• Water Taxi

  Take a water taxi from the San Pedro town dock. Ask the captain for a ride to Secret Beach or to the nearest drop-off point. The water taxi ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the drop-off point, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the beach. Follow the path until you see signs leading you to Secret Beach.

• Walking

  If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from the town center and head north on Barrier Reef Drive. It's about a 3-mile walk to Secret Beach, so it can take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated. Look for the signs that point towards Secret Beach as you walk, and turn onto the dirt road when you see them.
