From the center of San Pedro Town (e.g., near the Central Park), head east towards the beach. Walk straight along the main road, which is Barrier Reef Drive, until you reach the junction with Black Coral Street. Take a left onto Black Coral Street and continue walking. Xsite Belize Sailing & Adventures is located on the beachfront, a short walk down Black Coral Street.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in San Pedro Town. Once you have your bike, head east on Barrier Reef Drive. At the junction with Black Coral Street, turn left and continue until you reach the beachfront. Xsite Belize Sailing & Adventures will be on your right.
