If you are starting from the Cotonou Central Market (Marché Dantokpa), exit the market and head south towards Avenue Jean-Paul II. Walk along Avenue Jean-Paul II for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn left onto Rue de la République and continue walking for another 500 meters. You will then reach a roundabout; take the second exit onto Boulevard de la République. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at Corniche de Cotonou. The scenic coastline will be on your right.
