Car
If you are driving from the center of Donga, head north on Route Nationale 2. Continue on this road for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Koussanzamou. Turn left onto the road leading to Koussanzamou and follow the signs. After about 5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Chutes de Kota. Park your vehicle at the designated area nearby and walk to the falls, which are just a short distance from the parking.
Public Transportation (Taxi-Brousse)
To reach Chutes de Kota via public transportation, take a taxi-brousse from the Donga taxi station heading towards Koussanzamou. The fare should be around 1,500 CFA francs. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Chutes de Kota. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Koussanzamou, follow the signs to the falls, which are about a 15-minute walk from the drop-off point.
Walking
If you are already in Koussanzamou and prefer to walk, head towards the main road and look for signs pointing to Chutes de Kota. The falls are located about 1.5 kilometers from the center of Koussanzamou. The pathway is well-marked, and you will enjoy scenic views along the way. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes as the terrain can be uneven.
