If you're driving from central Cotonou, start at Place des Martyrs and head southeast on Avenue Jean-Paul II. Continue straight for about 3 km until you reach the roundabout at Avenue 21. Take the 2nd exit onto Avenue de la République. Drive for about 1.5 km, then turn left onto Rue Misseboo. Continue straight for about 1 km, and Topnelly will be on your right, near the Cotonou Lagoon.
