If you're in the center of Porto-Novo, start at the Place de l'Indépendance. Head northeast along Avenue Jean-Paul II towards Avenue de la Liberté. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route de Ouando. Turn left onto Route de Ouando and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Regional Center Songhaï on your right side.

From the central market in Porto-Novo, rent a bicycle and head southwest on Avenue de la Liberté. Follow the road as it curves into Avenue Jean-Paul II. Keep going straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Route de Ouando. Take a left on Route de Ouando and bike for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The Regional Center Songhaï will be on your right.
